Who We Are

Pebbledash Bake Shoppe was created from a desire to give pastry the same level of care and consideration as any other part of the culinary experience. I want to make things that bring joy to people, something that makes them stop and smile. 

I also believe pastry is more meaningful when we understand where it comes from; that means respecting its history, but also the ingredients themselves.

Ultimately, I hope to bring people together to celebrate the art of dessert.
