Pebbledash Bake Shoppe was created from a desire to give pastry the same level of care and consideration as any other part of the culinary experience. I want to make things that bring joy to people, something that makes them stop and smile.
I also believe pastry is more meaningful when we understand where it comes from; that means respecting its history, but also the ingredients themselves. Looking at the past is one great way to honor the tradition that goes into making the food we take for granted each day. We do our best to insert culinary history in every menu we design and source from Colorado farmers and producers whenever possible. I am passionate about finding ways to educate people on the work that goes into growing, making, and creating what we eat.
Ultimately, I hope to bring people together to celebrate the art of dessert.
