I created Pebbledash because I grew tired of seeing deserts and pastry treated as secondary. While working in the industry I saw how savory dishes were revered - every garnish debated, every plate refined - while dessert was often overlooked and tacked on at the end. Pastry is more than just the final plate. I believe pastry should be held to the same standard of precision, beauty, and care as any other culinary offering.
Pebbledash is my answer to that belief. A place where desserts are not designed solely to soothe a sweet tooth, but to be experienced slowly and thoughtfully. Here, sweets are the centerpiece, not the conclusion.
